It is great that you are doing things around the home and it is especially even better that you get to eat it! Hi Lucas, Carrot cake is a favourite of mine. I like to add extra lemon zest into the cream cheese icing. Did you try Miss McCombie’s recipe? Do you have another recipe you are planning to try?
